Legal Assistant
Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant laws and case precedents.
- Prepare, file, and follow up on court documents and related procedures.
- Communicate with clients and collect, organize case information.
- Arrange meetings, track case progress, and provide administrative support.
- Assist with corporate and commercial registration matters.
Qualifications
- Education: A degree or diploma in law or a related field is preferred.
- Work Experience: Prior experience as a legal assistant is an advantage; recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Computer Skills: Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal-related software.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work under pressure and possess good time management skills.
